- 10 minute drive to Daytona Beach International Airport one hour from Orlando International Airport.
- Volusia County Mall, Target and Walmart , Emory Riddle University are local as well!
This location is ideal for pedal bike riders and those who appreciate nature and quiet.
Other areas of interest within a short drive:
-Deland, The Athens of the South and Deleon Springs are places one must check out as well. They are a 25 minute drive by car.
-Deland is a community that has offerings for everyone. From art galleries, coffee shops, Stetson University & great ethnic eateries.
-Deleon Springs boasts a natural “fountain of youth” at the countries nicest National Park.

This lovely condo is in the heart of it all… but in an environment that will make you think you are on a remote island!
Over the years Daytona has shed its “party” image, (its still there in places and can be found), and has become more of a family friendly vacation destination and retirement community. There is something in Daytona for everyone!
This rental was acquired in 2009 and has been renovated and furnished.
Our rental guidelines are as follows:
- -occupancy cannot exceed 2 adults and one child
- no pets under any circumstances
- no smoking in or around property.
- ***We extreme precautions to adhere to our no pet/no smoking policy. ****
- We target renters who are looking for a quiet environment conducive to the property.
- No parties of any kind will ever be hosted.
- No loud motorcycle allowed in the complex.

In the main building there is a full service gym. It is open 24 hours a day and has a secure entrance.
Here is the gorgeous clubhouse located right outside the pool and spa.
Here is one of the many porch swings that you can enjoy.
There are also varied BBQ pits complete with picnic tables through the property as well.
Many paths and board walks with sitting areas offer a nice escape. The views are lovely.
Clubhouse and Gym Building
Surrounding the pool is the river going into the ocean. Here you can enjoy quiet city views and watch the many birds that flock to the preserve.

The welcoming pool and spa. This is steps from the condo. There is no noise from the pool in the condo.

There is also a door to a deck from the living room. A comfortable chair, coffee table, TV and DVD player are here as well.
There is a large bedroom. Another large window with lots of natural light. There are room darkening shades on the window as well. There is a queen sized bed, a large dresser and three night stands.
All of the furniture was purchased new in July 2009.
Off of the bedroom is a huge large walk in closet. (Our kids use it as a bedroom, its so large). Inside there is a washer/dryer.
Daily internet access can be purchased for a nominal fee.
Off of the bedroom is an alcove with a vanity. Inside this is a separate bathroom. There is a full sized tub.
There is a fully applianced kitchen with all of the trimmings. There are two huge pantries and ample cabinet space. Everything you need to prepare your meals is already here!
The kitchen is galley style and open.
There is a table as well that seats four. It expands as you need it!
Here is the deck/patio. It is private and has two lawn chairs. Sit here or at one of the hundreds of places on site in a cabana, wood swing or poolside with a good book
